A session is usually carried out with the recipient lying down, or sitting, in a comfortable and peaceful environment. The practitioner places their hands gently on or over the body.

What is Reiki?

What can I do with Reiki 1?

Reiki 1 is intended mainly for self-healing. But you can also give treatments to your family, pets and friends.

You will learn about the history of Reiki, about chakras and subtle bodies, experience meditation, receive attunements, learn and experience the hand positions for self-treatment and for healing others, experience giving and receiving treatment and much more.
